WordPress/Remove Formatting from any copied Text

Feb 24, 2013 by mike231
When I copy text from MS word to my WP editor, and even thought I use “Paste from word” option from the clip board, my text doesn’t look right somehow. The text color or size are usually different. I want to remove the MS word formatting in my editor. How can I do this? Can anyone please advice?
Thanks in advanced

1.Click on the “Show/Hide Kitchen Sink” button (the button with the pictured colored boxes) or pres on ALT+SHIFT+Z.
2.Highlight the section you want to remove formatting in.
3.Now click on  the “Remove Formatting” button (this button looks like a white eraser which turns pink when ever you hover over it).
