WordPress Fatal Error

Hi
Ever since I upgraded some plugins I am getting the below Fatal error
“Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted “ How do I fix this? Please advice

Add the below line to your wp-config.php file
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT','64M');

Edit the memory assigned in your PHP.ini file like this

memory_limit = 64M ;

and if you don't have access to your PHP.ini file try adding the below line to your .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 64M
