FTP into your web hosting account (use an FTP client such as FileZilla to log into your server )and find the /wp-content/plugins directory for your site. When you are in there, you can change the name of the folder for the plugin that you installed and it will deactivate the plugin which should allow you to log back in again.

You can try logging to cPanel if your account has it. Try going to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel and if it asks you for login info you'll need your hosting account setup email. Once you get logged in you can use the File Manager to browse to the wp-content/plugins directory and remove the plugin’s folder in there.
