WordPress 3.7.1 Tags are not working

Hi there
I have noticed lately that the tags on my website are not working. They are displaying on my sidebar normally, but when I click on any tag, it doesn’t take me to the corresponding tag pag. Instead I get a message saying no page matches your criteria. I tried installing different cloud tags but the same keeps occurring. I am not sure what is causing this, because I recall it was working fine few weeks ago. Can anyone please hip me fix this?

Try the following
1.deactivate  all your plugins plugins .
2. switch temporarily to your default theme.
