Can you recommend a Windows-based e-commerce hosting service? Windows OS is a requirement, I cannot use a Linux host.

I have had nothing but problems dealing with HostGator support. I was always online with them for a minimum of an hour, no matter what the issue was. The first 20 minutes was always spent being verified, and the next 30 minutes was them blaming me for the problem. After all that, they would finally identify the problem and fix it.

I understand. Especially problems with support started when Hostgator was bought by Endurance International.

Another big windows provider is 1and1. But they have some poor reviews there too.

Any chance you may want to move away from .net to Unix? There are many quality Unix providers.

My sites are built using Visual Studio, Adobe Muse, etc.  Everything is Windows-based.
