Removing modules from drupal causing fatal error

Jun 10, 2012 by DruNew
I removed some modules from my drupal’s module tab and then when I  refreshed the page I got the below error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function context_layouts_get_layouts() in C:\Users\ar5\Sites\acquia-drupal\sites\all\modules\context\context_layouts\plugins\context_layouts_reaction_block.in
Can anyone please help me fix this?

You can re-enable the modules with phpMyAdmin . Just change the modules status from the system table.
Go to system table and search for row LIKE context, select ‘edit’ and change the status from 0 to 1
