Photoshop color problem

asked Dec 12, 2013 in Graphic Design by sally23 (1,250 points)
Hi there

I am working on a background and everything was working well, until suddenly I wasn’t able to see any colors. Whenever I use the eyedropper or enter an RGB value, the color comes out as grey. I tried to change the image mode to RGB but I noticed that the Mode option was disabled. How do I get the colors back?
Please help

You might have hit the Q from your keyboard which assign the quickmask mode. Try pressing Q again to disable it and go to the standard mode.

Try restarting photoshop and creating a new file.
