Outlook connection problem

Hi all
I am using Outlook 2013 and right after I did the Office 365 upgrade I got some connection problems. I wasn’t to try repairing my profile but not sure how. Can anyone please advice ?

1.Go to  the File tab and click the arrow beside ‘ Account Settings’,  and click on Account Settings.
2.Go to the E-mail tab, and select your account, then click on Repair. Follow the repair wizard’s  prompts.
3.After the repair is finished, restart your Outlook 2013.
