Hi there
I have a problem with my cPanel server. I am not able to start MySQL. Every time I try to start MySQL 5.5  from my cPanel server it crashes and I get this error in  the file  host.err:
“Database was not shut down normally”
How do I fix this? And how do I reinstall MySQL? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

This might be a corrupted  InnoDB .
This might help

To reinstall MySQL you have to remove MySQL RPMs manually and then use this command
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
