I can't view my own website,What is my blocking my IP??

I currently switched to a new web host due to the poor reliability on previous web host. After setting up my domain, sql db's, etc. I visited my website on new server and it loaded just fine. But then the next morning I couldn’t connect to my site, no ftp, nothing. However everything worked from my friend’s house. I tried connecting through a proxy, and was able to view my site. So some how my IP is blocked. Can anyone tell me what could have caused this?

Most likely your IP address was blocked by your web hosting provider. This would happen due to multiple incorrect logins within X amount of time or excessive connectivity/activity to the server originating from the same IP. Contact your web hosting provider and let them know your public IP address.

Just make the traceroute to your website and provide it to Support team:

In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. This will give you a window like the one below.

Enter the word tracert, followed by a space, then your domain name.
