How to configure Netscape Communicator for E-Mail Accounts?

I want to be able to download mail from my hosting account using Netscape Communicator. Can someone please help me out here, and tell me how to do this?

To configure Netscape for email, do the following:
1.Open Netscape Communicator in your browser
2.Go to Edit menu and choose Preferences.
3.Next to Mail and Newsgroups, click on the plus sign and the menu will expand.
4.Click on Identity.
5.Enter the requested information
6.Click on Mail Servers
7.Fill in the following information:
outgoing mail server, out
outgoing mail server user-name. Put your full email address

8.Click Add and enter the requested information
Server Name:
Server Type: POP3 Server
User Name: full email address
check on Check for mail every # minutes
check on Automatically download any new messages
9.Click OK.
