1.From your web hosting account go to your File Manager and locate the file ".htaccess" from your site's root directory and then download it to your computer. Then add the following code to your  ".htaccess" file:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} !^443$
RewriteRule .* https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [QSA,R=301,L]
<IfModule !mod_ssl.c>
Redirect permanent / https://www.yourdsite.com
2.Upload the  modified ".htaccess" file from to your website’s root directory using your control .
3.Login with an admin account to your Joomla website and go to  "Global Configuration"  and o to the "Server" tab. Click on the dropdown box beside the "Force SSL" under "Server Settings." , select  the option "Entire Site"  and Save.
