Drupal not showing any error messages

May 24, 2012 by meera-b
Hi there,
I am building my first website using Drupal 7. I have noticed that when I have a problem I don’t see any error messages. I just get a blank screen and I have to keep guessing until I find out the problem. Can anyone please why am I not getting any error messages? I would really appreciate your help.

your error message must be disabled. You need to enable it to be able to see error messages

To enable error messages in Drupal do the following;
1.Click the Configuration link on the top navigation menu.
2.Click the 'Logging and errors' link.
3.Choose which error messages you would like to display.
4.Choose how many Database log messages to keep.
5.Click the 'Save Configuration' button.
