If trying the above solution still didn’t fix your crashing problem make sure the default fonts are enabled on your system
1.Go to Start- > Control Panel and navigate to your fonts folder
2. go to Verdana and Tahoma in this folder.
3.Right click on this font and click on Show. If you can’t find the fonts, download and install them.
4.Or you can click on Font Settings, and select “ Restore Default Font Settings”.
