CSS changes not displaying on my WP site

Aug 14, 2013 by SunFun
Hi all
I am using WP 3.6 and I have made changes in my custom.css file but none of them actually display on the site itself. What can be causing this and how can I fix it?
Any suggestions are appreciated

This could be caused by an error in the CSS code. If there are errors in your CSS file, the file wont work. Check your code for missing closing statements “}”  at the end of any declaration, or if you have any extra { or } anywhere in the file. Also check for missing semi colons on wrong spellings

Make sure your CSS is specific enough. If your CSS  file is not working, it might be that there is another  CSS file with a higher priority. use Firebug to find if there is another CSS being used
