Cant update old posts after upgrading WordPress to 3.6

Aug 6, 2013 by SunFun
Hi all
I recently upgraded to WordPress 3.6 and since the upgrade I haven’t been able to update posts that were created before I upgraded. I edit the post then when I click on the Update button I get redirected to a page with the message’ Oopps page cannot be found’
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Many thanks

Try the following:
1.deactivate your plugins. If your problem is solved start activating the plugins one by one until you find the one causing the problem.
2. switch to the default Twenty Thirteen theme.
3. Use FTP or PhoMyAdmin to reset the plugins folder
4. re-upload all files and folders except the folder  wp-content
