Can anyone here please tell me if it’s possible to build a reverse proxy using Drupal? And if so then how?

Thank you all in advanced

Since Drupal is an open source system it is possible to create a reverse proxy using it when making  Drupal-based website.  Follow the below steps to make a reverse proxy with Drupal
1.Find  the file  "httpd.conf" on your Web server "/etc/opt/webstack/apache2/2.2/". and then open it with a text editing tool.
2.Backup  your original "httpd" file
3.Make sure that the server address beside the "ServerName" in the file is the hosting Web server for your Drupal site.
4.Next to "ProxyRequests", type Off  and the set your website’s URL as the values for "ProxyPassReverse." And "ProxyPass" .
5.Save your "httpd" file in your Web server at  the same directory it was in before.
